วิธีใช้ : บีบยาสีฟันเท่าเม็ดถั่วเขียว แปรงให้ทั่วช่องปากจนเกิดฟอง อย่างน้อยวันละ 2 ครั้ง หรือหลังอาหารทุกมื้อ เพื่อลดการสะสมของแบคทีเรีย
