Oshadhi Balm Essential Oil น้ำมันหอมระเหย (10ml) 

Balm (Melissa), Melissa officinalis (2050) (also known as Lemon Balm). Melissa is a delightful, lemony-scented oil with strong antiviral properties. Its high solar frequencies act on the pineal gland, simultaneously calming and invigorating. It helps against melancholy and disharmonious feelings, creating reconciliation with our higher Self. It is helpful in a massage oil for indigestion and menstrual cramps. Melissa has a sedative effect, easing anxiety, insomnia, and nervous tension. The plant grows abundantly throughout northern Europe and is in many private kitchen gardens. The yield is extremely low, hence the high price. Because of this, Melissa is frequently adulterated, sometimes with the much less costly lemongrass. How to: - The most common way is to inhale them either directly or by using one of our diffusers

- Dilute the essential oil with a carrier oil and apply it directly on your skin or hair

- Mix with shower gel, bath or shampoo by adding a few drops of essential oils
