Bergamot Organic, Citrus bergamia (1175) is a refreshing citrus oil that comes from the peel of a small, pear-shaped fruit that grows mainly in Italy, and was named after the town of Bergamo. Bergamot can help to reduce inflammation, enhances immunity, cools fevers and supports to ease feelings of hopelessness, soothe stress and anxiety, and relieve insomnia. It is a wonderfully cheering and balancing oil, which can help pave the way for a restful night. It blends well with nearly all essential oils. NB: Bergamot is phototoxic so use one of the Bergamot FCF oils if you are putting Bergamot on your skin and then going out into sunlight.
