Highland Rosemary organic Rosmarinus officinalis (2600). Rosemary is unsurpassed as a tonic. This high altitude rosemary has a strong, camphory, woody and herbaceous aroma, acts as an antiseptic, and provides brilliant muscular, respiratory and circulatory support. It is wonderfully invigorating and stimulating after a hard day, or to refresh after overwork. Put a few drops in the bath, or try as massage or compress. Combines well with Lavender, Lemon, Geranium, Grapefruit and Tea Tree.

How to: - The most common way is to inhale them either directly or by using one of our diffusers

- Dilute the essential oil with a carrier oil and apply it directly on your skin or hair

- Mix with shower gel, bath or shampoo by adding a few drops of essential oils
