Cedarwood (Atlas Cedar), Organic Cedrus atlantica (3081) (also known as Cedarwood, African Cedar)has a very distinctive woody, warm aroma. Since it is antiseptic and regenerative, it is used as a general tonic and circulatory support. Cedarwood is popular in massage blends as part of a de-tox programme, to relieve congestion and sore muscles, or to reduce cellulite. It gives courage and fortitude, especially when blended with Bergamot, Lavender, Orange and Ylang Ylang and eases stress and tension. This is a certified organic pure therapeutic-quality aromatherapy essential oil from Morocco, and is obtained from the wood of the tree.

How to: - The most common way is to inhale them either directly or by using one of our diffusers

- Dilute the essential oil with a carrier oil and apply it directly on your skin or hair

- Mix with shower gel, bath or shampoo by adding a few drops of essential oils
