Suggested use :

Shake the bottle before use. Start with 0.50ml and increase if needed. Maximum use of 13ml per day. (400milligram of CBD)

Shake well before use.  Suggest applying under the tongue for 30-60 seconds before swallowing and followed by water. Apply per dosage guidelines below

วิธีใช้ :

เขย่าขวดก่อนใช้ทุกครั้ง เริ่มใช้ที่ปรมาณ 0.50ml และสามารถปรับเพิ่มปริมาณขึ้นได้ตามต้องการปริมาณการใช้สูงสุดต่อวันไม่ควรเกิน 13ml (ปริมาณสาร CBD ไม่ควรเกิน 400 มิลลิกรัมต่อวัน)

เขย่าขวดก่อนใช้  หยดใต้ลิ้นทิ้งไว้ 30-60 วินาทีก่อนกลืนหรือดื่มน้ำตาม ใช้ปริมาณตามที่ระบุไว้ตามอาการ

ช่วยเรื่องการนอนหลับ: เริ่มที่ 0.5ml. สำหรับ 3 คืนแรก และเพิ่มปริมาณเป็น 1ml. ภายในหนึ่งอาทิตย์แรกของการใช้ คุณจะเห็นได้ถึงการเปลี่ยแปลงในคืนแรกและผลลัพทที่ชัดแจนขึ้นถายใน 3 วันที่ใช้
