Lime (distilled), Citrus aurantifolia (1970) is a pure therapeutic-quality aromatherapy essential oil from Mexico, and is obtained from the peel.

How to: - The most common way is to inhale them either directly or by using one of our diffusers

- Dilute the essential oil with a carrier oil and apply it directly on your skin or hair

- Mix with shower gel, bath or shampoo by adding a few drops of essential oils
